This is the first in Rabbi Amy Bernstein's series of seven classes which will be comprised of learning that is practical, philosophical and experiential. The series will draw on the traditions of Kabblah, Chasidism and Mussar. Rabbi Michael Strassfeld defines Judaism as "A technology that allows us to live our one live with meaning, awareness and purpose," and this class will explore how we can use the technology of Judaism to do just that.
